Ash Grove Court is an £7.7 million student accommodation development delivered for SUL Design and Build. The project will provide 80 high-quality student living units, supporting modern accommodation demand while enhancing the local built environment.

Scope of Works
ECE London Ltd is delivering key enabling and groundworks services to prepare the site for construction, including:
- Full enabling works and site preparation
- Demolition of two existing buildings
- Installation of drainage and underground systems
- Foundation works and structural substructure preparation
