Residential Enabling Works – Roxwell Road, Chelmsford

ECE London Ltd is delivering comprehensive enabling and groundworks services for a £6 million residential development on Roxwell Road, Chelmsford, for
Roxwell Development Ltd.

The project started in June 2025 and is currently ongoing. Works include full site setup, installation of piles and pile caps, ground beams,
drainage infrastructure, underground services, and external works,
including road and access construction.

The development comprises six new detached houses, delivered with a focus on safety, precision, and programme efficiency.
